Terms and conditions
Bookings
Every booking made on this site is a request. We confirm it — by email — within four hours, once we have checked that a therapist and room are genuinely available. A booking is not confirmed until you receive that email.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African rand and are the amount you pay; no VAT claim is made on any price on this site. Payment is made in the spa, by card or cash, on the day of your treatment. We do not process payments online.
Treatments
Treatments are performed by trained therapists. Please tell us about any allergy, injury or health condition when you book, and again on arrival, so we can adjust your treatment appropriately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the one that applies when you make a booking request.
