Who we are

Towers Spa, managed by Selah Legacy, Masingita Towers, 5 W Rd S, Morningside, Sandton, 2000, is the responsible party for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you request a booking, we collect your name, contact number and the treatment and time you have asked for. Where it is relevant to a treatment — an allergy, an injury, or a condition your therapist should know about — we collect that too, only because you have told us.

Health information of this kind is special personal information under POPIA section 26. We collect it only with your consent, encrypt it at rest, log who accesses it, and keep it only for as long as we need it for your care with us.

Why we collect it

Solely to process your booking request, confirm your appointment, and prepare your therapist for your treatment safely. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you have not agreed to.

Who sees it

Staff who need it to run your appointment. We do not take payment online in v1 — you pay in the spa — so your card details never reach our systems. We do not currently share your information with any third-party marketing or analytics service.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 072 316 8652 and we will action your request. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have handled your information incorrectly.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and treatment records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and no longer.

This site does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from any third-party origin — everything you see is served from selahspa.co.za itself.
