Selah is a Hebrew musical notation meaning pause. It is also the whole of what we are trying to give you: a deliberate break in the noise, for as long as your treatment takes.

We are a day spa at Masingita Towers in Morningside, Sandton, open every day of the week. Our therapists are trained in massage, facial and body treatment, manicure and pedicure work, and waxing, and every treatment on our menu is priced and timed so you know exactly what you are booking before you arrive.

Booking with us is a request, not an instant confirmation — a member of staff checks the right therapist and room are free and confirms within four hours, by email. It takes a little longer than a calendar app, and it means the time we give you is genuinely yours.
